Cherry Creek Bed and Breakfast is a small property where every guests
reservation is important and special to us.  If your travel plans change and you
must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your
scheduled arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $15.00
processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice,
shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to
take responsibility for your entire reservation.  If we can rebook your room(s), a
full or partial refund will be made.

Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods
and for some special requests.
You must be 21 years of age to rent a room

One night deposit with tax is required and is charged to your credit card upon
booking.  If cancellation is received on the scheduled day of arrival, the full deposit
will be kept.

We welcome families with children.
Cribs available with reservation at no additional charge.

All room rates are for double occupancy.
For additional occupants, cots are available with reservation for $15.00 per night,
Albert and Elizabeth rooms only.

Check in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm.
Check out time is by Noon.
Special arrangements can be made.

We regret we cannot accommodate pets.  

Linens and Towels are changed after each guest checkout - if your stay is for
more than 3 nights, please advise the Innkeepers when you require fresh linens or
towels.

As this is an 1864 house, you may find the stairways a bit steep and the banisters
a bit shorter than normal.  All staircases are carpeted, please exercise caution in
walking up and down these stairs.

The Cherry Creek Inn is a smoke free Bed & Breakfast.
Smoking is permitted on porches or the pavilion only. Please use ash trays.

The hot tub is open only when the Innkeeper is on site.  Please advise the
Innkeeper when you wish to be allowed into the room.  Children under 10 should
not be allowed in the hot tub unless accompanied by a parent.  No glass drinking
vessels are allowed in the room where the hot tub is located - plastic ware will be
provided.  Please leave used towels in the hot tub area and place them in the
basket provided in the changing room.

The Pub Room is available at all hours.  Please take care using the spiral staircase.  
When you leave the Pub, it would be appreciated if the last one out would turn off
the lights.  If you use the microwave please clean it if necessary.  Dirty glasses and
dishes should not be left in the sink - bring them to the kitchen.
